The 5 th Year Anniversary!

The Legend is alive and continues. ~

Amazing reunions made, old friendships re-established, 30 SQM Yachts found, restored and returning to the waters renewed, varnish and paints sparkling, fittings sparkling, stories aplenty and as eye-catching as ever.

It has been an amazing half a decade for myself and the proud, passionate and dedicated owners (trustees) of the Australian Square Metre Yachts since this website was born in July 2010.

The contagious fascination with this yacht design creates a stir with yachties and people alike all over the world.

We would like to thank all of those people who have contributed to this website up to this day and we look forward to much more for the next year.

A very special ‘Thank You’ I sincerely like to express to Cameron Wiklund (ex Wings) for his friendship and forensic (archive), creative, humorous and most of all passionate input as previous Acting President and Website Editor. We are very glad to state, that after Wings has chosen a new trustee, he is still sailing on Rob Skol’s Scarlet O’Hara escaping (temporarily) the plastic offshore yachts.

The website has surpassed 250,000 hits. We believe a rework website (in process) will contribute to the beauty of our ASQM Yachts.Many updates applied to the individual yacht profiles are in this very process. Be encouraged to visit these pages.
