Zephyrus the Submarine.

A few weeks ago Zephyrus took on too much water and she sank on her mooring.
She had some collision damage to her starbord side which had caused the incident.
The area she went down in was relitively shallow which helped with the refloating process.
Her refloat was succesfull and she was subsiquently slipped in Careening Cove.

The great news is that she is getting lots of attention with several ribs replaced and 3 new planks.

Her hull has been sheathed and her topsides refinished so in time we hope to see Zephyrus racing once again with the rest of the square metre yachts.

Larool nears completion with her launch date set for later this month.
She resembles her former glory and will surely turn heads as she slices her way around Sydney Harbour.

Her last coat of varnish is applied making a total of 12 coats..

The teak decking is finished with the blue masking ready to be romoved.

Next month we see her electric drive system installed...
